The
famous K4 steam locomotive, one of only two remaining K4s in the world and the
only one restored to operating condition, was moved from its longtime location
at the Horeseshoe Curve to the Railroaders' Museum in Altoona in 1987, and short
excursions were scheduled by the Museum after its relocation. This may have been
a test run. This is a condensed version of the video, taken mostly by older son
Michael, that marked the end of our visit to Pennsylvania that year.
Running
time, 14 minutes, 14 seconds, "self-narrated."
