Video 'Jonal' - #12

San Francisco Tour aboard a

World War II Amphibious Duck

May 31, 2008. Now for something totally different. Today is the 50th anniversary of my 16th birthday (you do the math). And to celebrate my birthday my sons and daughter-in-law took me for a day in the city last Monday (Memorial Day), highlighted by a "Duck Tour," riding over the city streets and into and on top of the San Francisco Bay. This week's video (just under 10 minutes) is the video highlights I took, with the landmarks noted in titles added at the appropriate points. Beginning and ending at Fishermen's Wharf, it passes the Cable Car terminus, Stockton Street in Chinatown, Union Square, and a cruise a mile or so up the Bay, around Giants Stadium.
