French Bread

Bake 375 degrees for 25 minutes

INGREDIENTS

1 1/2 cup warm water
1 1/2 tbs. Sugar
1 tsp. Salt
1 tbs. Shortening
1 package yeast
4 cups flour

Mix together. Raise 10 minutes
Punch down, Repeat 4 more times

Divide dough into 2 parts, roll out like nut rolls. Let raise 1 1/2 hours.
