Reunion Record Hop August 4, 2001

The second Record Hop Reunion will be August 4, 2001, at the Nanty Glo Firehall. Time will be from 8 p.m. to 12 midnight, and the tickets will again be $10 per person. Only 300 tickets will be sold, and after the great success of last year's reunion, the organizers are suggesting you get your ticket early. Ticket will include refreshments of pizza, munchies, and prizes and contests.

This year some new great ide as are being used to make the atmosphere even more nostalgic. Members of the Nanty Glo-Vintondale High School Class of '66, which is holding its class reunion at the hop, are being urged to buy their tickets early to be sure to have one and be able to gather at the hop and dance till midnight.
