Reunion dances may become annual
Letter No. 195 | August 28, 2000

The dance was a blast—saw people I haven't seen in years and years. The best part is that I heard they may make this an annual event. It's so much better then a class reunion, because you see so many more people. The worst part was that the music was just too loud and it was hard to talk and be heard—which is very important at our age! We must remind Smokey Joe that, even though we may look young, our ears tell a different story.

Hope to see you next year.

Wanda Nedrich Herman

Webmaster's note: Our appeal for photos of the “Union Hall Reunion Hop” on August 19 was unproductive. Another writer estimated an attendance of 200.
