Greetings from London Mike and I left San Jose at 4:30 Sunday afternoon, flew all night, arriving in London at 1 p.m. Monday, Greenwich Mean Time, which also happens to be London local time, as Greenwich is part of London. It's now 8:35 p.m. and although we got some sleep on the plane (more than ever for me) as you can imagine we're pretty bushed. Our hostel has two computers for use on the Internet, but the bad news is they're both out of service. So I'm paying a pound.fifty for each 15 minutes at a service center a few blocks away...pretty pricey, but worth it. But as you see, I haven't find a way to transer files to the Nanty Glo site. Tomorrow, a full day of seeing sights in London before renting our car on Wednesday and taking out for regions more remote. I'll cut this short and keep looking for more solutions as I go. . |
