ocated on 40 acres of private property bordered on three sides by 7,445 acres of Pennsylvania State Game Land (#79). Excellent for hunting, fishing, hiking, biking and cross-country skiing, you might see white-tailed deer, wild turkey, raccoons, foxes, squirrels, grouse, or an occasional black bear. Great for experiencing a quiet and relaxing holiday doing nothing, meditating, or interacting with the great outdoors. 

The cottage is able to sleep eight people comfortably. The large upstairs bedroom has two double beds. There's also a double sofa-sleeper and a double futon in the living area. A new first-floor bedroom is planned for opening in 2010. Linens and bedding are provided. The large kitchen is equipped with refrigerator/freezer, electric range, dishes, cookware, coffeemaker, microwave oven, and toaster. A separate dining room offers a great view of the grounds. 

Additional local activities are also available in abundance.
