  • Nanty Glo United Methodist, 998 Lloyd Street, Nanty Glo PA 15943—Founded 1901.
  • It seems fitting that Nanty Glo's founders first established a Methodist church, as the Welsh revival bringing new enthusiasm for God to that country had been a Wesleyan phenomenon. The Nanty Glo United Methodists celebrated their centennial year in 2001.

    WORSHIP: Sunday, 9:30 a.m.; nursery and Sunday school.

    Yoked with Belsano United Methodist Church (Glo-Bel Charge), the Rev. John Hickman, senior pastor, and Tom Budner, cetified lay minister.
