Associate editor Judy Rose and her husband Hobe Rose hosted the gathering in their Revloc back yard, the "Garden of Weedin'," on Labor Day afternoon.
It was the first time the three weekly contributors of Home Page features, associate editor Judy Rose (above right), Frank Charney (above left) and webmaster Jon Kennedy, met together.

Two former editors of the Nanty Glo Journal compared war stories. Jim Lauffer, left, recently resigned from the paper to resume studies at UPJ, and Jon Kennedy, editor 1962-64 while a student at Pitt-Johnstown.
**Dorothy Rose, above left, a relative of the hosting couple and a local artist, was interested in meeting the author of a book she had kind words for, Kennedy's The Everything Jesus Book.
Bob Kennedy and his brother the webmaster faced down wild boars to bike from Revloc to the Ebensburg end of the Ghost Town Trail and back before the picnic got underway.
