
Note: Nantyglo and Blaina are part of Blaenau Gwent municipal authority, a government entity comprised of elected councilmembers from seven formerly independently governed towns and villages. The member towns are Aberbeeg, Abertillery, Blaina, Brynmawr, Ebbw Vale, Nantyglo, and Tredegar. They are located in the County of Gwent, formerly Monmouthshire, known as the gateway to Wales (from, for example, London). The county's city is Newport.
